Aromatherapy Massage: 1hr £55 or 1.5hrs £70
After your initial consultation, a unique blend of organic essential oils specific to your needs will be used for the massage. A relaxing gentle massage to melt away tension and stress, for a revitalised, balanced and re-energised ‘new you’.
Hot Stone Massage: 1hr – £50 (£55 to include organic essential oils)
A full body massage using heated, basalt stones. You are massaged with the stones, the heat of the stones warms the skin encouraging the absorption of moisturising and therapeutic oils. Each stroke of the stones is worth 10 strokes of the therapist’s hand, so your muscles are massaged deeply, reducing general aches and pains. This warming treatment helps deeply sooth your body to relax, detox and heal both body and mind.
Remedial Hot Stone Massage: 1 hr – £55
This is a combination of deep tissue, sports massage and hot stone therapy. Stones are used to aid in the warming of the muscles and to deliver deeper pressure in a remedial deep tissue massage. I will incorporate sports techniques and stretches where appropriate. This treatment will leave you and your muscles feeling a whole lot looser.
Sports Maintenance Massage: 1hr – £48
Using a range of deep massage strokes. My techniques use thumbs, hands, forearms and elbows to attain moderate to deep pressure. Sports massage can not only benefit sporting people, but also individuals suffering from occupational stress causing tight muscles.
